This sobering statistic was the reason we built Interview Without Bias: A first-of-its-kind tool that uses emerging tech to help remove unconscious bias in the initial stages of recruitment.
This tool essentially takes a candidate’s name, gender, accent, age and appearance out of the interview process, giving them a ‘neutral’ yet human-like avatar that perfectly syncs with their real-time facial expressions and speech patterns.
