It’s time to relieve yourself, and the planet. Let us explain …

We were tasked to create a campaign that gave people worldwide an opportunity to contribute to ocean conservation, no fear mongering allowed. Off the back of this, we created a bold and cheeky conservation campaign that not only took home Gold at the 2023 Young Spikes Competition, but turned a guilty pleasure into a heroic act.

Made up of 95% water plus salt, potassium, organic compounds and urea – human urine is an excellent fertiliser for marine algae. So like horse poo to a garden, our pee is genuinely good for the ocean. No joke.

With only 48 hours to get this done, we got in touch with David Attenborough immediately.

Through film, OOH, social and activation, we turned a usually private activity into a public outing – promoting ocean urination as the easiest way to revitalise the sea and support its entire ecosystem.

SAVE THE SEA WITH YOUR PEE

COASTAL NATIVES

Showing up at Dark Mofo’s Winter Solstice swim is a no-brainer. I mean, just look at those perfectly hydrated naked bodies, all busting to let a few drops slip. The plan here is simple: hand out enormous, eco-friendly drink bottles, fill up thousands of bladders and let nature do its thing. The aim – to break the World Record for most people wee-ing in the sea at once, which strangely doesn’t exist.

So next time you’re at the shore and nature calls, you know what to do.
